Nuts contain heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids that can help boost longevity. They also contain anti-aging (woot, woot!) antioxidants.

Does it count if they are mixed in homemade trail mix? I make the best! nuts, raisins, skittles, M-n-M's, and carmel bugels. Yummy! It costs about $10 to make, but it is so good. Sorta want to run to the store now to get the stuff.
