watching BYU take part **and win** in March Madness, while eating **and drinking** yummy green goodness.

Better than a four-leaf clover...**scrumptious** Lime Squares
**heat oven to 350 degrees**
Mix:
==1 cup all-purpose flour
==1/2 cup butter, softened
==1/4 cup powdered sugar
Press into ungreased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Beat until light & fluffy:
==2 eggs
==1 cup granulated sugar
==1/2 teaspoon baking powder
==1/4 teaspoon salt
==2 teaspoons grated lime peel **optional**
==2 tablespoons lime juice
==2-3 drops green food color
Pour over hot crust.
Bake until no indentation remains when touched lightly in center.
**about 25 minutes**
Cool & cut into squares.

I love lime! I have a lemon roll recipe I'm going to try with limes on Friday. I've bought the lime bar mix at the store, but I'll have to try the homemade. Yum!
