Texas, Tent & Tunnel...and FIT TIP (#68)

Loving my time with my favorite Texans.



Spied this tent & tunnel **in the Valley of the Sun** and

instantly knew it would be a fitting surprise
for the new big brother in Texas.

What I didn't know ** as I purchased & packed it**
was how much time I would be spending in it!

We **Stone & I** read books, sing songs
and discuss current events in this very tent.

He sleeps in it every nap & each night.
I may **or may not** have slept in it.

It's a hit...

and so is she!



FIT TIP (#68): For a **fat** Blast, Cardio Last!
Strength-train before doing cardiovascular work. It takes the body about 15 minutes to warm up and start burning fat.
So, a 30-minute bike ride is really only burning fat for the last 15 minutes of your workout. But, if you lift weights first, your body is warmed up by the time you hit the bike and you'll be burning fat throughout the entire ride.
